Yoga is back at Wildberry Farm + Market during farm market Saturdays! Enjoy flowing through an all-levels yoga class surrounded by the serene countryside. After class, take your time to explore the local market's fresh produce, artisanal goods, and vibrant community vibes. This experience is just $10 for a drop-in session. Space is limited, so online registration is highly encouraged. Come for the yoga, stay for the farm-fresh fun!

Yoga + Wine at Dodon
This is a monthly series - last Sunday of the month starting April 27th!
Enjoy an outdoor yoga class at the vineyard followed by social time and wine. The class is an all-levels vinyasa flow, designed to help you explore movement and breath while finding relaxation. Afterward, gather with community to enjoy a glass of wine or a non-alcoholic beverage, included in your class fee

Mindful Flow at Shed is a thoughtfully paced Vinyasa-style yoga class designed to cultivate presence, balance, and ease.
Blending mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, this class invites you to slow down, tune in, and explore a deeper connection between body and mind. Expect fluid yet unhurried sequences that encourage awareness, strength, and flexibility—both physically and mentally.
Enjoy the facilities at Shed and come early or stay after class to lounge in the salt cave, soak in the cold plunge and sauna, or relax on the zen bed.

Happiness Hour Vinyasa

End your week in the heart of downtown Annapolis at Groundswell on Maryland Ave, where movement meets mindfulness.
This funky, feel-good vinyasa flow is all about letting loose, laughing, and finding joy in your practice. We’ll build heat with fluid sequences, embrace the challenge of longer holds, and sync breath with movement to create a deep, meditative flow. Expect a little playful energy, grounding breathwork, and a well-deserved extended savasana to melt into relaxation. Come as you are and leave feeling rejuvenated, balanced, and blissful!
